That's why we've created instantRECORD for books, a software program that you easily install on you computer, and it helps you to keep a digital record of your books, where you bought them, what you liked the most about them, and many other practical functionalities.

All the information about your book in one simple screen: Keep record of book format, topic, author, storage location, price, summary and place and date of purchase. |

Categorize your books: Categorize your books by topic or author. |

Add personal notes: The personal notes section allows you to, among other things, add quotes, favorite pages, who gave you the book and what did you like the most. |

Keep track of where you store your books: The "locations" table allows you to add different storage locations for flexibility and convenience when searching for a particular book. |

Perform searches: Perform full-text searches on your books, using its title, or any word contained on its summary or personal notes. |

Document your loans: The loans module allows you to keep track of who you have lent books to, when did you lent it, expected return date, actual return date, and how long was it borrowed. |

Print reports: Obtain reports of all your books, search results and loans. You can also get reports of all your books organized by topic/genre or author. All the reports can be viewed on screen, and sent to the printer. |

Save an image of the book cover: Using a scanner, you can get an image of your book cover, and store it in its digital record. |

Multiple languages: InstantRECORD is currently available in five (5) languages: Spanish, English, Portuguese, French and Italian. All the languages are contained in the same installation, without the requirement of buying different versions of the software.
